Outdoor Bag Store is happy to provide the following warranty for those products purchased from or sold by Outdoor Bag Store (www.outdoorbagstore.com).

** Please take note of the following before continue to particular brand’s warranty.**

  1. All sent items for repair or replacement must be reasonable clean and odour-free. Items that are received filthy will subject to rejection and be returned in the state they were received.
  2. Shipping costs for any claims on warranty are wholly borne by the customers
  3. Outdoor Bag Store official must be present while for any claims on warranty.
  4. Monetary refund or credit-refund are not available.

Warranty Of Deuter Products

Outdoor Bag Store is providing warranty for all Deuter products sold by Outdoor Bag Store’s website (www.outdoorbagstore.com).
The warranty period is lifetime and only against to defects in materials and manufacturing defects but zippers are totally excluded. The warranty does not cover any damages caused by improper or extreme used or even natural breakdown of materials over time.

Outdoor Bag Store will repairs or replaces any covered defective parts within reasonable timeframe which subject to further discussion to both parties.
However, we are unable to provide any monetary refund or credit-refund.

Warranty of Osprey Products

All Osprey products sold by Outdoor Bag Store are covered under Osprey’s All Mighty Guarantee. Osprey products sold by Outdoor Bag Store will repair for any reason. Its free of charge for any damage or defect in the products. If Outdoor Bag Store is unable to provide a functional repair on sold products, we will replace it with another one.

* Though we provide warranty for most of the circumstances, but not for any of below circumstances:

  1. Sizing : Wrong size or cannot fit.
  2. Personal preference : Prefer another color or style after purchase.
  3. 3rd Party Repairs or Replacements: Please send back the packs to Outdoor Bag Store with official receipt, we are unable to cover any charges by 3rd Party repair or replacement.
  4. HydraForm Reservoir: HydraForm is not designed to contain or store liquids at temperature and it is only covered by a limited 1-year warranty based on reasonable lifespan of reservoir. Therefore, storing warm-hot or boiling liquids into your reservoir will VOID your warranty for the product.

Warranty of Gregory Products

We sell Gregory gear to last a lifetime. Gregory guarantees to you, the original purchaser, that this product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship, for as long as you own it.
 
If you think a product has any defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us immediately. If the product is defective, then Gregory will fix or replace it with a new one and return it to you. This warranty does not cover damage due to unreasonable use or improper care.
 
The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damage nor the natural breakdown of materials which occurs with extended use.
 
If your Gregory pack or accessory needs service or repair due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, accident or some other reason that’s not covered under the warranty, we may be able to arrange for necessary service for a reasonable charge.  We’ll be sure to contact you with an estimate of the repair charges and do the work after your approval and payment of our quote.
 
All items returned to OBS for warranty or repair service must be clean and free of odor.
 
Shipping and handling costs for any claim on warranty are wholly borne by the Customer.

Warranty of Karrimor Products

All Karrimor products from Outdoor Bag Store are entitled with One (1) year warranty against manufacture or material defects. The warranty does not cover for damages caused by over use, abuse, improper care or natural breakdown of material over time. If product is deemed defective by Outdoor Bag Store, we will repair or replace it at our absolute discretion which decision shall be final.
