All goods sold and delivered by Outdoor Bag Store are not refundable. We always conduct a serious inspection of our product to make sure that the product is in perfect condition before delivery. However, we can offer an exchange at our discretion if the product you received is proof to defect at the moment you received. Please note that below circumstance must be met to inquire for product replacement
- Presentable proof of purchase (receipt, invoice from OBS)
- Returning products will be in their original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals included, unused and undamaged.
- The returning request shall be made immediately upon product received (How We Determine Product Receiving Time)and shall return back to us within 7 days from the times onwards.
- You will bear all cost, such as shipping, related to the return of the product to us.
- You can only exchange for the same product.

The receiving time will base on status showing on our courier’s online tracking system.
